We often live “at half steam” - adjusted and disconnected from our own energy. This workshop is an
invitation to return to yourself and start living fully.
Through movement, breath, mantras, and Kundalini meditation, you will awaken the energy in your body,
deepen your awareness, and experience more lightness, strength, and meaning.
Darek Sobiecki – yoga teacher, author of the books Energioobieg and Przebudziennik, and creator of the
YouTube channel “Darek Sobiecki – Oko na Kundalini.”
Vocal Odyssey is a deep yet gentle journey inward through discovering the healing power of the voice -
our most intimate instrument.
It is an invitation to move beyond the noise of the mind and open to authentic, living expression. In a
safe group space, we return to the natural expression of ourselves - beyond judgment, limitations, and
old beliefs.
We invite you to a workshop with Wiktor Golc – a pioneer of djembe playing in Poland, who has been
creating and playing traditional percussion instruments for over 40 years.
Participants will learn the basics of playing, experience rhythm as a form of community, and discover
how a drum is made and tuned. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience.
Wiktor Golc is a percussionist and drum maker who has been developing djembe culture in Poland since the
1980s. His workshops are not only about learning, but also about connecting with rhythm and music.
During the classes, we will explore gentleness in movement, relaxation, calmness, and the ability to let
go. There will also be elements of strengthening and more intensive work with the body. At the end of
the session, there will be relaxation and a gentle sound bath.
Kamila Smolińska has been leading aerial yoga and hatha yoga classes since 2017, as well as organizing
workshops and retreats. In Wrocław, she runs her own studio, Kamyyoga. She has been practicing yoga
since 2011 and over time it has become her passion and an important part of her life. Meeting on the mat
brings her joy and energy, which she gladly shares with others - along with a smile.

In a specially designed space, the youngest festival participants will have the opportunity to develop
their creativity and freely express themselves through music, art workshops, and imaginative play.
There will also be plenty of physical activities – from mindfulness and relaxation yoga to sessions that
enhance coordination and strategic thinking. For those who love challenges, we have prepared safe,
active games that encourage movement and the exploration of personal abilities.
We want everyone to be able to participate in the festival, which is why the event is completely
FREE.
If you would like to support our activities, you can do so by donating any amount to the account of
