On July 14-15, 2023, at Starej Morawie Reservoir, the first charity and free awareness festival in Poland took place! During these days, amidst the beautiful natural surroundings, we delved into the world of music, workshops, and lectures together with others.

It was a two-day event that served as a bridge between many musical styles, knowledge, and experiences worth sharing with each other in our daily lives. A celebration of life, being in the here and now – in unity with nature and our fellow human beings, and discovering our place in the universe are some of the important goals that guide our initiative. It's a festival full of inspiration and different perspectives.

On the music stage, artists such as Hang Massive, Maok, Suduaya, Joaquin Cornejo, Niburu Project, Gaja, Sam Alty Trio, Między Nami (feat. Kim Jestem), Łukasz Dębiński, and Filip Filipiuk, Etnochowa (drums&trans) performed.

During the festival, lectures were given by: Mateusz Kozłowski from the Conscious Parenting Foundation, discussing the topic of "Building healthy boundaries and self-worth in children." Monika Podsiadła, who introduced the subject of permaculture gardens. Olga Grech from the Nutrition Counseling Center conducted a lecture on "Mitochondrial nutrition, or how to heal from chronic diseases." The substantive aspect was complemented by the Quantum Planet team, who led a lecture titled "From stress to success through heart coherence." The variety of topics discussed was very wide, and among them was also Total Biology, which Sonia Ross introduced to interested participants. The last, but no less interesting, lecture of the festival was led by Aleksandra Świstow, the author of the "Pojechana" blog, explaining why "We are strangers, not the countries."

There were also workshop sessions where participants could delve into the secrets of wild cuisine led by Paulina from Herba Sfero. Quantum Planet conducted workshops on cardiographics. Methods of breathing according to Buteyko were taught by Kamil Kijonka. Participants could engage in Kundalini Yoga practice with Darek Sobiecki, practice drumming with the Etnochowa band, and "express themselves" in artistic workshops with Sztuka w drodze's Sylwia Konieczna. The workshop space was also enriched by the Etnochowa and Między Nami bands, who together conducted a cacao ceremony and a joint concert.

Amidst the trees, there was an ecological children's zone where little ones could take part in games and activities prepared by the Green Gaya Foundation. It was a perfect opportunity for walking on a tightrope and practicing juggling skills with Jank Spławski. Children also had the chance to create their own Native American jewelry under the guidance of Agata Pajtasz and develop their artistic abilities under the watchful eye of Sylwia Konieczna from Sztuka w drodze.

In the exhibitions area we could enjoy: Hemp & Poppy Herbaciarnia W strefie wystawców mogliśmy gościć: Hemp & Poppy Tearoom, Wapiennik, Ziołowe Siedlisko, Herba Sfero, Okakao, Sztuka w drodze, festival of colors, and Dotyk Słońca.

The Sounds of Veritas Festival is, above all, a charitable event that is free of charge. During its duration, volunteers conducted a fundraising campaign for one of the foundation's projects: Sounds of Veritas, aimed at young people interested in music and its production in a broad sense, whose life/material circumstances do not allow them to pursue their passion. Thanks to the participants and co-organizers of the festival, we managed to raise an amount that will allow us to continue this project, simultaneously having a real impact on the development of young people, for which we are immensely grateful!

The organization of the event would not have been possible without our Sponsor: 4żywioły Center, as well as our Partners: Stronie Śląskie Municipality, Center for Education, Tourism, and Culture in Stronie Śląskie (CETiK), Stroński Park Aktywności.
