is an American born song collector, writer and multi-instrumentalist based in the mountains of Appalachia. Like water from a deep well, she draws inspiration from her ancestral roots of Celtic and Old World European folk music. With the voice of a lark, Peia dances nimbly from Child Ballads and 17th C. Gaelic laments, to Waulking Songs, and Bulgarian mountain calls. She has traveled & studied extensively over the past 10 years to reconnect with her own ancestral song tradition. Uncovering melodies wrinkled & wise with time, while taking care to honor their language and stories. Peia brings a piece of herself to each song she carries.
"Peia's voice soars like the wind as she sings a love letter to our Earth and an ode to humanity."

🎶 Music that leads to inner harmony.
Sounds that resonate with the soul.
Sounds of nature intertwined with emotions.
We invite you to join us on a musical journey!
Sound is my world. Everything I create and share is born out of the need to interact with music, which is present everywhere and in everything. Everything around us has a frequency and vibration that we can hear, recognize, and remember. We record data in sounds and read vibrations with our hearts.
You are invited on a journey of sound. Find your vibration, your unique sound.
During my concerts, I use a variety of instruments, including handpans, crystal bowls, handmade gongs, wind chimes, rain sticks, camertones, and rattles. I never know where the sound will take me, but one thing is certain: it always leads me where I need to be.
I am a producer of musical events, a manager, and a tour manager of bands, as well as a creator of festivals.
I started my musical journey more than 30 years ago as a bassist in numerous bands, performing in over 1,000 concerts and recording several albums. However, I soon began organizing my own concerts and tours, starting in clubs and progressing to festivals. I originated the Songwriter Łódź Festival (150 concerts) and the Tapas Music Festival (more than 50 concerts in 20 Polish cities).
I was a production and event manager at the Łódź Events Center for a long time, producing over 300 events a year, including large-scale events such as Łódź's birthday celebration. I produced the Summer Sounds festival in Łódź (EC1) and Warsaw (National Stadium), where I produced more than 50 concerts. I organized and booked the Spirit of Łódź Music Festival in 2020 and 2021.
I had the privilege of producing the Summer Lodz Festival for the 600th anniversary of Lodz in 2023, an event that featured renowned musicians such as Tom Odell and Franz Ferdinand. From 2023 to 2024, I produced Zywiec Męskie Granie. I served as stage manager for O.S.T.R.'s "120 Minutes of Life" concert at the Atlas Arena in Łódź and as producer of the 2019 and 2020 Freedom Games, also at the Atlas Arena.
As a delegate on behalf of Music Export Poland, I participated in showcases abroad, including Tallinn Music Week and Nouvelle Prague.
The Mantrovníci play songs that rejoice the soul, whether with Czech lyrics or Indian mantras, and they also captivate with melody, harmony, and mood. They invite you to contemplate, rejoice, and dance. Their genre is hard to pinpoint, and they don't fit neatly into any specific category. Nevertheless, their music is characterized by a direct, clear message conditioned by the spiritual direction and creativity of David Breiter, the author of most of the compositions.
Japanese violinist, composer, and electronic producer based in Berlin, has garnered recognition both as a solo artist and as a member of the influential electronic group Tangerine Dream. Over the past five years, she has established herself as a versatile musician with a series of releases under her own name on the esteemed neo-classical label 1631 Recordings/Decca Publishing. Primarily focused on acoustic sounds with strings, her solo work under the name Hoshiko Yamane showcases her classical training and innovative approach.
In addition to her solo endeavours, Yamane collaborates extensively with dancers and theatre companies, bringing her musical talents to diverse artistic projects. Her experience as a violinist includes touring with artists such as the French singer and actor Jane Birkin from 2011 to 2013.
While her solo releases highlight her prowess in neo-classical composition, Yamane's side project, Tukico, sees her exploring electronic music alongside her signature electric violin. With Tukico, she released her debut EP "Become" in early 2020 on Hush Hush Records (USA) followed by her first full album "Primitive" later that summer on Subcontinental Records, showcasing her fusion of classical and electronic elements.
In 2020, Yamane embarked on a collaboration with the Italian composer, arranger, producer, and guitarist Eraldo Bernocchi. Their partnership resulted in the album "Mujo" (released on Denovali Records), blending traditional classical motifs with innovative electronic production. Building on their initial success, Bernocchi and Yamane reunited in 2023 to create their second album, "Sabi," inspired by the Japanese concept of appreciating the beauty of impermanence and decay. Released on December 15, 2023, via Denovali Records, "Sabi" presents a unique fusion of electronic and acoustic elements, with Bernocchi's pulsating textures complementing Yamane's haunting violin melodies to craft a cinematic sonic landscape that resonates with emotion.
Her new album is scheduled for release in Fall 2025.
This is a meeting of two distinct yet perfectly complementary sonic worlds. Their duet blends the spacious tones of handpans, singing bowls, and gongs with the vibrant energy of percussion instruments from around the globe.
Together, they perform intuitive and organic music – rooted in improvisation, rhythm, and emotion. It’s a journey led by the melody of handpans, the pulse of drums, and moments of silence. From meditative sounds and ethereal phrases to energetic, trance-like grooves.
They draw inspiration from world music traditions, jazz, ambient, and contemporary ethnic sounds. Their music is a dialogue – at times calm and contemplative, at times wild and joyful.

Each one of us is gifted with a uniquely beautiful voice and lineage of song. Discover your true voice through an embodied practice, engaging natural breath and resonance techniques guided by Peia. Learn to harness the power of your breath, deepen and expand your breath capacity and sing from your core. Unlock the natural resonance of your voice and learn to direct sound, and move it through the body as well as the room. Working with tools from the ancient Indian alchemy of Raga we will enter a deeply meditative practice known as ‘The Yoga of Sound.’ We also gain deeper understanding of the physical workings of the voice from Vocal Pedagogy (the science of the voice) and learn to sing with grace, power, flexibility and ease.
During our time together we will explore:
• Somatic & Embodiment tools to unblock both the singing and speaking voice & liberate our inherent expression of beauty and vitality.
• Breath meditations and techniques to return to our natural breath cycle, which regulates the nervous system and helps to release trauma stored in the body.
• Practices to cultivate both resonance and volume without taxing or overworking the voice
• Vocal Warm Ups and tools to stretch the vocal range gently
• Vocal Care
• One Song from the Celtic Tradition that will connect us to the rituals and way of life of these ancient people.
It is said that at it’s height the Celtic culture stretched from as far South as Turkey to the North of Scotland & Ireland. If you have European blood running through your veins, there is a good chance that you share an ancestral connection to the Celtic Clans. This is an opportunity to dive into both the songs and the language of this ancient culture.
5Rhythms® is a dynamic method that, through movement, dance, and deep bodywork, supports participants in discovering their inner potential, expressing emotions, and creating harmony between body, mind, and soul.
5Rhythms® is a unique journey through movement that allows for deeper self-understanding and the release of emotional and energetic blocks. This practice creates space for authentic connection with others and the surrounding world, offering a profound sense of unity and freedom.
Through 5Rhythms®, we learn to accept ourselves, express ourselves, and fully experience the present moment. It’s not a dance that requires knowing steps or technique – it’s movement flowing from the body and intuition, where everyone finds their own unique path of expression.
As the founder of this practice, Gabrielle Roth, said:
“If you put the body in motion, the soul will heal itself.”
Tomasz Szymocha is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher and a creator of spaces where dance becomes meditation, release, and alchemy of emotion. He weaves together wildness with mindfulness, joy with depth, movement with silence.
He was the first in Poland to combine 5Rhythms® with sacred cacao, bringing a new dimension to conscious dance.
He began his journey with bodywork at the age of 16 in a Warsaw theater and later in Berlin, where he trained as a mime and worked in physical theater. This experience laid the foundation for his approach to body expression, which he further developed through teaching 5Rhythms® and conscious movement.
In 2016, he completed the teacher training at The Moving Center® New York, marking the beginning of his mission to share 5Rhythms® across Poland, Germany, Israel, and Spain.
Tomasz’s path has been a continuous journey – from theater work and teaching movement in Germany, France, the U.S., and Israel, to 2.5 years of meditation in the Himalayas. This deep experience permeates his facilitation – with tenderness, authenticity, and space for whatever arises.
Magic unfolds on his dance floor – movement opens, heals, and allows for the release of emotions and a true meeting with oneself.
In his work, Tomasz draws from shamanism, integrating ritual, plant medicine, and body wisdom. He is also a tantric massage therapist, certified in ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) Level 1 & 2, combining energy, intimacy, and movement as tools for deep transformation.
As the founder of BioRezydencja in the Izera Mountains, he created a place where nature, shamanic rituals, and movement guide people toward inner change.
A lover of forests – he has planted over 70,000 trees. A traveler, father of five, yogi, Lomi Lomi Nui and tantric massage therapist. He gathers a tribe of free dancers – a community that returns again and again to immerse itself in movement.
Music and movement are medicine – they allow us to reach what is primal, authentic, and alive.
My intention is to create spaces where people can fully experience themselves, release blockages, and discover their true potential.
As an Ecstatic Dance facilitator, I hold space for free expression, deep inner connection, and transformation.
I believe that dance is more than just movement – it is healing, meditation, and sacred ritual. It helps us release tension, access authenticity, and connect with the flow of life energy.
Dance, movement, shamanism, and conscious presence have been my path for many years.
I practice mindfulness, 5Rhythms, and tantra, bringing deep awareness to the body, emotions, and energy in my work.
My goal is to create a space where people can release, reconnect, and deepen their relationship with themselves through movement and conscious embodiment.
I completed my teacher training with the Mindfulness Association UK, which deepened my understanding of mindful presence and awareness-based work.
I integrate these teachings into my practice, helping people return to their natural harmony through movement, breath, and dance.
I also work with traditional Amazonian indigenous medicine, including Kambo, and lead plant medicine ceremonies with Cacao, supporting processes of healing and inner transformation.
Over the years, I have participated in numerous shamanic trainings, studying various healing traditions and energy practices.
I also completed levels 1 and 2 of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), which gave me a deeper understanding of how energy, eros, the body, and consciousness contribute to transformational processes.
We begin with the soul. Our happiness, joy, authenticity, and the courage to be ourselves are rooted in the soul. It is the soul that speaks to us and presses upon us when we are not true to ourselves, when we do not fully express who we are in this earthly life. Living in alignment with the soul generates energy that expands us, makes us feel at peace, and allows us to inspire and uplift others.
Every conscious breath, every moment of bodily awareness, and every connection with ourselves in meditation is a meeting with the soul. It is the soul’s kiss. This connection enables us to find answers to many of the questions that arise in our lives.
Dusza jest intymna. Tak jak pocałunek.
The soul is intimate—just like a kiss.
By saying, "Kiss me in the soul," we express our readiness to show ourselves as we truly are.
During this Kundalini Yoga workshop, we will use body movement, breathwork, mantras, and meditation to connect deeply with ourselves, to truly feel our essence, and to embrace the presence of our soul.
During the class, we will seek gentleness in movement, relaxation, calmness, and the ability to let go. There will be strengthening and more intense body work. At the end of the session, there will be relaxation and a gentle sound bath.
Kamila Smolińska has been leading Aerial Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes since 2017, organizing workshops and retreats. She runs her own studio, Kamyyoga, in Wrocław.

Practicing with others is what she loves most—it fuels her, inspires her, and gives her wings. She strives to share her love for yoga, her experience, and, most importantly… her smile. 😊
Nadabrahma is a sound-intoning meditation - through humming and hand movements, parts of you that are in conflict begin to harmonize, bringing balance to your entire being.
It is very simple yet incredibly effective, because when you hum a mantra or some sound, your body starts to vibrate, especially the brain cells begin to experience vibrations. When the body starts to vibrate, and the mind intones, they begin to synchronize. They fall into a harmony that is not present in everyday life.
- Osho on Nadabrahma meditation
Heart songs and power music have served as a remedy for the soul and body since time immemorial. Mantras, prayers, and songs of this kind have been sung with the intention of cleansing the body and soul from heaviness and illness, as well as transforming obstructive thoughts and emotions—fear, guilt, sadness, helplessness, anger, and despair—into positive emotions: joy, trust, peace, love, and gratitude, thereby restoring balance on every level of human existence.
Heart songs are carriers of truths and wisdom known to our ancestors, which have been forgotten or pushed to the margins by modern civilization trends. Through intentions, the vibration of music, and the information conveyed through words, we reconnect with the knowledge encoded in our genes—the wisdom of our ancestors about the order of the Universe, the role of humans within it, and our responsibilities.
Power songs carry extraordinary amounts of love, joy, hope, light, and space—they support both the spirit and the body. They serve as a link between the divine and earthly elements. They remind us that our lives and hearts exist between Earth and Heaven, containing complementary and supportive energies. Power songs activate vibrations in the body that invite us to dance, to joyfully express the energy of existence that originates from love.
Together, we will awaken the energy of these songs and flow together on the waves of their vibration. We will bring printed lyrics of the songs prepared for participants. We will sit around the fire to sing heart songs from different traditions and directions. With the power of our voices and hearts, we will connect and embark on a journey through the vibrational medicine of song.

On a daily basis, I create spaces in the Izerskie Mountains—Świecie Nasz—a place for magical connection with Nature, deep peace, and unity with Mother Earth. For the past ten years, I have been working with Power Plants in traditions from North and South America. This is my path of never-ending learning, continuous self-discovery, and growth—to become a better version of myself.
I am a member of the international Mamalacta Orchestra, which plays music for outdoor Star Dance ceremonies. For the past five years, I have been regularly leading Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, with the blessing of the Ecuadorian medicine woman Carmen Vicente, which I received after completing a Vision Quest (4-, 7-, 9-, and 13-day solitary retreat in the mountains). Since my youth, I have been practicing Tibetan Buddhism.
Ania Buczek -
Music has been present in my life for as long as I can remember. I am a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. Along with Ania Buczek, I create the duo Cantarsis, performing medicine songs. My heart is filled with gratitude for the opportunity to share sounds infused with love and intention—sounds that illuminate darkness and balance energy both within and outside of us.
In this workshop, we will explore the strength of breath through a powerful kriya designed to activate the navel center, allowing energy to rise towards higher energy centers. This practice strengthens the abdominal area and integrates this energy into your aura, promoting inner balance and openness.
We will conclude with the Meditation for Patience, Tolerance, and Deep Self-Respect, using the tantric mantra Har, which supports the development of empathy and inner calm.
The Alchemy of Life: How to Integrate Personal and Spiritual Development into Everyday Life.
In a world full of courses, discoveries, and new practices, it's easy to get lost.
Development becomes just another task to be done, and spirituality becomes something that only works on holiday retreats. But true transformation doesn't happen somewhere out there—only here, now.
The Alchemy of Life workshop will help you not only seek, but also start living what you have already discovered. In an intimate setting surrounded by nature and mindfulness, you will encounter four key energies that, when integrated, will open the way to profound change.
Body. Spirit. Mind. Emotion.
During the workshop, you will experience exercises and micro-practices that will help you root spirituality in your body and daily life.
You will create a space for integration instead of constantly searching for solutions.
You will feel that the greatest healing comes when we begin to truly live what we already know and feel.
You will establish an inner connection that will stay with you as a new source of guidance, even after the workshop ends.
This workshop is not just another technique. It is a return to yourself in the most complete and earthly sense.
Spirituality really works when we let it work in real life.

About the presenter:
Ula Wiącek, an intuitive dance instructor, choreotherapist, and meditation-in-movement facilitator, will lead the workshop. She creates a space for authentic self-expression and discovering inner power. Ula believes that our bodies store emotions and experiences. Working with these emotions allows us to release tension, regain control and trust in ourselves and life, and find an inner sense of freedom. Her workshops combine choreotherapy, 5 Rhythms dance, and meditation in movement, providing a holistic experience. Ula creates a safe space to discover one's true nature, release emotions, and find harmony.
Movement stimulates the energy that flows through the body. This energy is often blocked and stagnant. This stasis has consequences, such as worse well-being and, in the long run, illness. Our task is to activate this energy using various methods and techniques.
Taiji Qigong combines the beauty of Taiji (Tai Chi) movements with the healing effects of Qigong and meditation. During practice, fluid movements follow your breath, creating a soothing sensation that flows through your body.
Helena Orzechowska Bio:
I have been working with the body since 2009. The impetus for my exploration of its mysteries was the Rio Abierto Body Work Instructor Course at the Escuela de Formación de Río Abierto. I felt then that the body communicates our inner state and has much more to offer; we just need to learn how to listen to it. That's how my explorations began, leading me to Shiatsu Zen, Shiatsu Facelift, Kobido, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, psychodietetics, psychosomatics, Single Needle Acupuncture, Stems and Branches Acupuncture, body reading, and intuitive movement and Biodanza.
Working with patients in my practice for many years has shown me the importance of psychosomatic conditioning in physical recovery. I have seen how closely related healing the body is to recovering vital energy, which manifests at the levels of the body, mind, and spirit.
Using a variety of tools and methods that support holistic emotional, spiritual, and psychophysical growth, I activate healing processes by awakening hidden energy levels in the body. I open eyes and hearts to the body's messages so my patients/students can understand them and use them as resources for life. Through movement, self-reflection, or massage, I delight in living each day and desire to bring you into this space as well.
About the Method:
Somayog combines Indian physical and breathing exercises with modern physiotherapeutic techniques to work with the body and mind. The practice consists of a series of physical and mental positions and exercises combined with breathing techniques. The exercises are simple and can be done by anyone with maximum attention and respect for the body's limitations. The practice takes place in a relaxed atmosphere without competition or stress. These exercises enable you to have better control over your body and mind by restoring your body awareness and connection with your mind.
What will you experience?
Physically, Somayog helps release chronic tension, improves use of gravity, restores contact with and proper use of the body, increases flexibility of the spine, muscles, and ligaments, and strengthens postural muscles. The method has a therapeutic effect on musculoskeletal disorders and supports economical breathing and working with energy through the breath. Mentally, it enables calming the mind, reducing susceptibility to stress, improving the ability to relax and concentrate, and enriching perception.
Who is it for?
The workshop is aimed at people who need rest and relaxation, live under stress, want to change their lifestyle, and want to improve their body, posture, and mobility.
Somayoga is based on the principle of pleasure: by listening to our bodies' needs, we allow them to guide us within comfortable ranges. The workshop is suitable for people of all ages, including those with limited mobility, as it offers therapeutic benefits.
Instructor:
Aleksandra Głowacka is a holistic physiotherapist and Somayoga teacher who passionately combines contemporary knowledge about the body with deep mindfulness and a spiritual perspective. She conducts classes focused on finding balance, pleasure, and comfort with the philosophy "the slower, the deeper" to achieve greater space, flexibility, and relaxation. In her practice, she combines techniques for working with fascia, breath, and meditation. She invites you to feel and be fully present in your body. Her workshops are a subtle journey of self-discovery where physiology meets presence.
Conscious breathing can become a portal - allowing us to go beyond what we usually understand, perceive, or experience. In this workshop, you’ll discover how your own breath can offer deep insights into yourself and the unexplored territories within. Breath is quite literally the carrier of life energy - a penetrating medium that connects us to what is alive and true inside.
Why is breath such a sensitive sensor of our inner state? Like a barometer, it reflects our emotions and tensions - but it also has the power to trigger a cascade of neurobiological changes. And vice versa: how does consciously guided breath influence our internal landscape? What happens when we intentionally steer it - or let it guide us?
For thousands of years, humans have used conscious breathwork to:
• access inner healing resources,
• expand perception and consciousness,
• release stress and anxiety,
• recharge the body with energy,
• gain clarity of mind and vision,
• connect with higher guidance or spiritual insight.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how breath can:
• activate the vagus nerve and bring the body into deep relaxation,
• improve focus and mental clarity,
• support emotional balance and resilience.
You’ll be introduced to a powerful tool for self-connection - using breath to navigate your personal path and integrate transformative practices into your daily life.
Breath is like a magic key. As Andrew Weil, pioneer of integrative medicine, said:
"If I had to offer only one piece of advice for improving your life, it would be: learn to breathe better."
You’re warmly invited on a deep journey into your inner world.
A traveler and lifetrepreneur, Andrzej is passionate about conscious practices involving the body, breath, emotions, and mindset. In his approach to breathwork, he blends physiotherapy with a wide range of techniques - from the Wim Hof Method to Tibetan Tummo.
He is a certified Forest Bathing Guide, an advocate of deep ecology, and a believer in the interconnectedness of all life. In his work with men, he draws from the wisdom of ancient cultures, the symbolism of myths, rites of passage (including the Medicine Wheel), and Jungian archetypes.
His personal credo is: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Andrzej sees life as a continuous journey in which every moment is an opportunity to act with greater awareness - and thus, to live better. His mission is to support others in becoming their most healthy, empowered, and authentic selves.
If you are seeking a peaceful, clearer mind, deep physical regeneration, a sense of joy, and full-body relaxation – I warmly invite you to join this workshop.
During our time together, you will:
• Learn simple techniques to prepare your body and mind for meditation,
• Discover what a mantra is and why it has such a powerful effect,
• Understand the importance of conscious breathing in daily life,
• Feel inspired to begin a regular, weekly meditation practice.
Please bring:

• A warm blanket and a yoga mat,
• An open heart and intention.
My aim is to encourage you to meditate at least once a week, and hopefully inspire a lifelong practice.
My name is Denis, also known by my spiritual name Raj Param Singh.
I graduated from the International Kundalini Yoga Amrit Nam Sarovar School in the UK, where I studied under the guidance of Har Nal Kaur.
During this transformative journey, I learned many mantras and breathing techniques that have had a profound impact on my daily life.
I am delighted to share this knowledge with you, along with some of my favorite meditations, so that you too can experience the beauty and power of these ancient practices.
We invite you to take part in a deep ceremonial encounter with the element of Fire – a sacred space of transformation, intention, and spiritual connection.
The ceremony will begin on Friday at 2:00 PM and will continue uninterrupted until Sunday at 12:00 PM.
Throughout this time, a Sacred Fire will be burning, opened in a shared ritual led by Izabela and the Fire Keepers.
Igniting and Opening the Space
On the first day, we will prepare the fire circle together, arrange offerings, and create an informational space. Then we will call in the 7 sacred directions and open the ceremonial space. The principles of presence within the ceremony will be shared, and the Sacred Fire will be ceremonially lit – becoming the spiritual heart of the festival.
Fire Feeding Ceremony
This is an ancient practice in which offerings such as herbs, oils, food, or symbolic items are given to the fire.
This act is an expression of respect and gratitude toward the spirit of fire, as well as toward all spiritual allies and ancestors who support us.
If possible, we would like to hold this ceremony with the active participation of all festival attendees. It will allow us to experience the healing power of Fire, offer our intentions and prayers, and feel a deep connection with this powerful element.
Fire Keepers, appointed especially for this role, will tend the fire day and night, preserving its flame and sacredness. Everyone is welcome to visit the fire, walk the Path of the Wheel of Life through the four directions – East, South, West, and North – and place their prayers and offerings around the fire circle.
Closing the Ceremony
On Sunday at 12:00 PM, as the Sacred Fire begins to naturally fade, participants will be invited into a final cleansing ritual. Izabela will then formally close the ceremony, releasing the directions, elements, and guardian spirits, and offering thanks for their presence and protection throughout the festival. The space will be cleansed and brought back into balance.

We invite you to join Vinyasa Yoga session – a practice that, through fluid sequences of movement synchronized with breath, helps harmonize the body, mind, and life energy. It offers a moment of pause, regeneration, and reconnection with yourself – especially valuable during intense times.
The sessions will be led by Maciej Fronczak, a certified yoga teacher (RYT200), who has been sharing his practice since 2019 both in Poland and abroad – including at the Maxja Festival in Sardinia.
He currently teaches regular classes in Wrocław (Fabryka Energii) and Wałbrzych (Stacja Joga). His sessions combine fluid breathwork with dynamic movement, always adapted to the level and needs of the participants.
Meditation and psychedelics – two distinct paths leading to altered states of consciousness. At first glance, they may seem different, but growing research highlights their shared mechanisms and potential synergy. Both mindfulness practices and psychedelic substances can support personal growth, deepen self-awareness, enhance openness, and even be applied in the treatment of depression, PTSD, and addictions.
Modern psychotherapy has been incorporating mindfulness tools for years, as seen in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Hakomi Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Interestingly, these same modalities are now forming the foundation for psychedelic research protocols at leading institutions like Yale and Imperial College London.
During this talk, we will explore how meditation practice can not only enhance the positive effects of psychedelic experiences but also help in managing their more challenging aspects. What specific techniques can prepare the mind for a psychedelic journey? How does mindfulness support the integration of experiences and help extend their therapeutic impact?
We won’t shy away from discussing the risks either—the potential dangers of improper psychedelic use, especially considering current legal restrictions. We will examine how conscious practices can minimize risks and make psychedelic explorations safer and more meaningful.

Every life comes with challenges. Every heart holds the answer.
Imagine being able to reach a state of peace and harmony every day – even in the face of life’s most demanding situations.
Pause for a moment. Calm your thoughts and emotions.
Do you know how to do that? Through regular practice of heart coherence, you can cultivate a deep sense of inner balance.
Did you know your heart has its own brain?
Over 60,000 neurons form networks within the heart that send more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart! The heart is truly the command center of the body – which is why real change begins there.
Each heartbeat matters – it affects your thoughts, emotions, and entire nervous system.
When you learn to bring your heart and brain into coherence, you regain calm, mental clarity, and more energy in your daily life.
What you will gain from this session:
– Learn how heart rhythm affects your emotions, immunity, and overall health
– Discover simple breathing techniques that quickly restore balance
– Experience how coherence improves your mood and outlook on life
– Understand why actions taken from the heart bring better and faster results
– Explore how conscious work with the heart enhances relationships and communication
During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to measure your heart coherence using the advanced HeartMath emWave Pro technology. You’ll witness how your emotions directly influence your body and mind, and learn how to bring yourself into a state of harmony – anytime, anywhere.
Take a moment, listen to your heart – and discover the power within.

I am a Human Design specialist, passionately supporting others in discovering their unique potential and finding their path to a fulfilling life.
For over 8 years, I’ve been working with individuals in one-on-one sessions, helping them better understand themselves, their talents, and life goals. My experience is enriched by numerous trainings, including work with the Akashic Records and therapeutic courses, which allow me to work with clients on a deep, transformative level.
My encounter with Human Design was a breakthrough moment. After completing professional training at the International Human Design School in the USA, I began offering consultations, which I’ve been developing with passion for the past 4 years.
I combine solid theoretical knowledge with extensive practical experience gained through working with diverse clients and their unique life stories.
I believe each of us holds a one-of-a-kind potential – and my mission is to help you discover it and live it fully.
Gunas—logical yet intuitive—describe the reality that surrounds us. Understanding their characteristics, cyclic nature, function, and inevitability helps us navigate daily life.
To explain them in the simplest way, I would compare them to different states of matter, except that they do not apply solely to water but to everything around us, including ourselves. There are three Gunas: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas.
• Sattva represents peace and bliss.
• Rajas embodies action and high energy.
• Tamas stands for inertia and rest.
This is just a brief, keyword-based introduction to their fundamental meanings, allowing you to see how they extend further into the cycles of the day, seasons, and human life:
• Morning – Day – Evening/Night
• Spring – Summer – Autumn/Winter
• Childhood/Youth – Adulthood – Old Age
Gunas are a kind of concentration of energy—both the energy that surrounds us and the energy that we ourselves consist of. Understanding their nature, function, and repetitive cycles is valuable not only in everyday actions but also in making bigger life choices, as specific foods and activities correspond to particular Gunas.
It is also essential to recognize their complementarity and cyclic nature. For example, for a joyful and warm spring (Sattva) to arrive, there must first be winter (Tamas)—a natural process of decay, but also a time of rest and renewal for all living beings.
This lecture is not just about theory. I will introduce practical tools and techniques that anyone can apply in their daily life to build and maintain a healthy sense of self-worth.
Join me on a journey of self-exploration, where we will uncover ways to nurture and strengthen self-worth in order to live fully, in alignment with ourselves and our values.
In recent years, people have said a lot about mindfulness and its beneficial effects on our daily functioning. Mindfulness has become a well-known part of the psychotherapy world. An increasing number of approaches draw on mindfulness or are directly based on it. At the previous edition of the festival, we delved into the foundations and theoretical assumptions of mindfulness practice, which was met with a very warm reception and questions as to whether there will be any continuation. There will be a continuation, and, as a logical next step, we will explore the practical side of mindfulness because it's not just about talking, but also about doing! We will learn about the exercises that are part of MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy). Doing these exercises regularly helps you to be present instead of getting lost in your own thoughts, which are often catastrophic. But why anchor yourself in the present moment? Harvard researchers have shown that subjective happiness is determined not by what we are doing or where we are, but by our awareness of our current experience. Practicing mindfulness also cultivates positive qualities such as acceptance, non-judgment, compassion, and the ability to "let go" of intrusive thoughts. Meditation is the main vehicle of change in mindfulness practice, but many of us have false ideas and beliefs about it. In this class, we will try to "disenchant" meditation and experience it for what it actually is.
In this lecture, we will examine the act of creation as a natural, internal impulse that develops and reveals the truth about ourselves. Creativity is not logical; it is a state of flow, intuition, and trust in the unknown. It is a path that leads us toward a deeper knowledge of ourselves. I will describe how the creative process, even outside the framework of classical art, can become a tool for transformation, healing, and integration. The way you cook, solve problems, and create relationships are all manifestations of your creative power. Creativity is not a luxury but the essence of life. During the meeting, I will share my experience working with sculpture. I discovered that, by shaping matter, I also shape myself. I invite you to explore this vibrant, pulsating space full of possibilities and freedom with me.
Do you know what values guide you? Are you living in harmony with what is most important to you, or are you subconsciously fulfilling someone else's expectations?
In this space of pause and reflection, we invite you to recognize your life's pillars. We will discuss what values are — not as an ideal, but as a compass that guides us through relationships, decisions, and everyday life.
You will complete simple exercises to help you identify what truly matters to you.
Then, you will embark on a guided meditation to recognize, feel, and integrate the pillars of your values into your daily life.

For those who love challenges and adventure, exciting movement-based games will encourage safe exploration of space and testing their physical abilities.
Additionally, children will have the chance to participate in survival workshops, where they will learn basic outdoor survival skills. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, they will discover how to safely start a fire and build a shelter, skills that nurture self-sufficiency, problem-solving, and a closer connection to nature.
The Children’s Zone at Sounds of Veritas Festival will be a space filled with inspiration, joy, and creative expression, ensuring an enriching and fun experience for all!
A space that reminds you: you’re a part of something greater…
Here, you don’t need to have anything to give everything. This place was created out of love - the kind we are all woven from. A love that holds the truth about us: who we are and where we come from. Selflessness is not a gesture here - it is a natural movement of the heart, that recognizes the other as itself.
It is the breath of the soul-pure, free from expectations.
Unconditionality is the heart’s memory that we are all one - the natural state of Being, before the thought of deserving or achieving arises.
There is no greater gift than being here, for real.
Sometimes, a smile or an attentive glance is enough to ignite a spark of inner light in the heart. Even silence or stillness can gently awaken a sense of acceptance for what is -
without struggle, without the need to change anything.
This is a place where we truly meet - in the here and now, without masks, without hurry, without obligations or judgment.
With the story that unfolds within us.
With the feeling that longs to be heard.
With being here - a gift in itself.
In the Sharing Area you can:
-share a smile that brightens someone’s day (and yours too)
-offer a hug if your heart longs for closeness, or receive one if your heart quietly calls for it
-sing together or dance, share the beat of a drum, the silence, or an inspiring story
-listen with full presence - not to fix, not to advise, but with an open heart
-leave a book, a stone, a poem, your phone number, or a piece of sky wrapped in words
-be together in silence, in trust and the knowing that we are already enough - just as we are
-dance without music, laugh at yourself - because joy is also a form of love
-offer a sandwich… or receive two - because sharing multiplies, and hunger takes many forms
-create something out of nothing - because even a stick can be a magic wand, and a piece of paper, a portal to the soul
Remember: even if your pockets are empty, your heart is not. Don’t come here to get something. Come to remember that everything you are can be a blessing. And if there’s anything worth leaving behind, let it be a little love—asking for nothing, simply flowing on.
